Once we decided to move toward microlearning, the problem arose of how to implement it. We chose a ready-to-use platform that let us easily combine videos, articles, refresher quizzes, and downloadable assets where our reps can easily access them - their iPads. This is the story of how this department of 1 rolled out over 40 courses and 65 assets in just 6 months.
