Launch training almost always includes interventions around the PI and MOA; the challenge is to ensure that training is engaging and ensures retention. Recent studies suggest that Virtual Reality improves retention through learner engagement on multiple levels, from the visual to the cognitive.
Bayer and Tipping Point Media created a solution that leverages Virtual Reality (VR) to develop an experience for the sales force that reinforces PI and MOA learning in an engaging, competitive, and team environment. This workshop will focus on the challenges involved in developing an immersive VR experience that is not only rich in content but that also promotes team-building. It will describe the involvement required from the vendor and client teams to ensure medical-legal buy in. The workshop will illustrate how VR can be leveraged to promote retention and engagement around key elements such as the PI and MOA. Finally, learners will be invited to experience the VR Escape Room for themselves to see how it can enhance learning.
