Lead your training colleagues back at the home office into a successful collaboration that produces market access training for your entire department without having to do all the work! To be a successful leader, you naturally need the right tools. Participating in this workshop will result in a documented, company-specific market access training plan you can share with your training colleagues when you return to the office. We will help you connect the needs of external customers (such as hospitals, prescribers, and payers) with the training needs of your various field teams. With the customer’s needs identified, you will then map out how to combine resources (such as time and money) with your colleagues to share the workload of producing a comprehensive library on market access training topics.
