Lean Six Sigma is a world-renowned, team-focused managerial approach that seeks to improve performance by eliminating waste and defects. The use of this problem-solving methodology is prevalent in healthcare, especially in hospitals and health systems.

Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare is a brand new program, providing a basic understanding of methodology and terminology, while focusing on how these concepts are utilized in the world of healthcare.

At Astellas, we have worked with Juran Global to create a program relevant to account managers, hospital managers and representatives, and other leadership, in order to further their understanding of our customers' environment and provide a framework for common understanding.

It is offered to both internal and field-based personnel, with positive feedback on its' application and value.
