  • Cindy La Forest, Avanir

The job of developing front line leaders and preparing them to lead their team is not an easy task. One of the main reasons employees leave an organization is due to their manager. Whether someone is new to the role or experienced, there is always room for growth and development. The key is to develop your front-line leaders not only at the beginning but on a continual basis. Being a successful front-line leader takes a solid plan, effort, time and consistency.

This session will review what one mid-size pharmaceutical company is doing to ensure they proactively grow their front-line leaders. Be exposed to a skills program that focuses on key leadership competencies that are necessary to be a successful front-line leader.
