Employee performance and engagement can be enhanced by adding gamification to the training experience. Game-based learning is taking adult learning to the next level by and offering analytics that further can inform training as well as help learners understand areas for further development. what they may need to work on. In a case study format, learn how a 3-D video game was developed to provide behavioral based skills assessment. The platform, learner experience, and analytical measurements tracked will be discussed and generalized for application across a wide variety of scenario-based training situations. See a demonstration of the game used to evaluate how their learners are performing in the game and how the tools in the game provide a coaching platform to improve performance.
