“Building a deep and authentic sense of purpose could be a company’s ultimate competitive advantage.” Says Rick Wartzman, author of The End of Loyalty.

In the last 5 years there has been an explosion of research on purpose and an abundance of evidence that proves being driven by purpose is key to exceptional performance. Bottom line; the presence or lack of PURPOSE had the highest single impact on how people feel and perform at work.

“Great leaders define and articulate an organization’s noble purpose and its values.” Says Fred Kofman, author of The Meaning Revolution.

But what are the challenges to being a purpose-driven (patient-focused) leader? And here’s the rub. 90% of employees are not connected to their purpose. As their leader, are you? What if you are actually full of purpose and don’t even know it? For most of us, it is there – just waiting for us to remember it and welcome it to come alive.

Once you reconnect with your purpose, how do you lead others with purpose? The hardest problem of an organization is to align its members in pursuit of a common goal. But it’s worth it! People want to follow a leader driven by purpose!

Join us as we talk with our panel of 4 purpose-driven, inspirational leaders. Learn why it’s so important to them, keys to success and obstacles to overcome to truly lead with purpose.
