This workshop will briefly explore the 6Ds model; a proven methodology for ensuring your learning process is sound. It will examine how tested learning approaches such as micro-learning and deliberate retrieval practice can effectively satisfy a number of key elements of the 6Ds. The goal is to create a system which fosters and supports repeated retrieval and use of new skills and behaviors long enough that they become habituated and create value for your organization.
