What's Next in MicroLearning

  • Kyle Groves, BI WORLDWIDE

This session will focus on a new, agile approach to MicroLearning using short, engaging learning modules that are designed and delivered quickly and at pace. We’ll share examples of how this approach works best for new and emerging topics related to evolving risk areas, new products, changes in legislation, policies and procedures. We’ll also discuss how gamification is oftentimes integral to the delivery process and why taking a multi-channel approach to communicate these modules via social, assigned LMS and email is most effective.
