Beginning in Finance, he worked with money managers and small businesses. From there he discovered his passion for helping companies drive business results through the development of their most powerful assets, their people. With a focus in Healthcare, Peter has supported transformation initiatives in numerous Pharmaceutical and Biotech organizations, including Amgen, GSK, Pfizer, and Merck Frost. Recognizing the need to acquire best practices within, as well as outside of Healthcare, Peter has engaged with large companies such as GE and Boeing, where he has conducted skills based assessments and curricula development in the areas of negotiation, sales and account management and strategy, selling skills, business acumen and sales leader coaching. The findings from several other industries such as Aviation, Oil & Gas, Lighting and Power have proven extremely valuable as he serves his Healthcare clientele.
