Director of Global Sales Capabilities


As the Director of Global Sales Capabilities for Amgen, Lloyd leads a team of senior learning and performance professionals charged with enhancing sales enablement of Amgen's sales professionals across the globe. He began his life sciences career in 1996 with Eli Lilly & Company where he held various sales and training leadership roles. In 2006 Lloyd joined Eisai and honed his ability to inspire others in key leadership roles including Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes. He joined Amgen in 2014 as an oncology sales leader and in 2015 established the Global Sales Capabilities organization. In 2018 Amgen’s Global Sales Capabilities Organization was recognized with several awards, including a Telly, for its innovation & creativity. Lloyd has a BA in Communications from The University of Akron and a MS in Positive Organizational Development from The Weatherhead School Management at Case Western Reserve University.
