Mark believes personal development and defined culture are cornerstones of the performance and success of any company. His motivation is driven by his passion to help other people get better at what they do and who they want to become. Due to his passion for broad strategic solution development, he has landed corporate projects including the design and implementation of a corporate wide Leadership Development Program and a New Hire Onboarding Program for sales & marketing personnel. It is this high level broad strategic vantage point that motivates Mark to help elevate the team, the division, and the entire company.
Mark is a certified TypeCoach Coach; a trained Coaching For Performance Facilitator and Coach, and a Facilitator/Coach of Leading by Influencing Without Authority. He is a Presidents Club winner and holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Sustainability from Green Mountain College along with a BS in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Vermont. He enjoys home improvement projects, tv and movies, spending time with the family and is an award winning racquetball competitor.
