With 22+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech, she has held multiple positions at Abbott Laboratories, Bayer Corporation, Sepracor, Discovery Laboratories and Acorda Therapeutics with roles including: Field Sales Representative; Institutional Sales Representative; Specialty Sales Trainer; Marketing Intern; Division Business/Sales Manager; Region Business Director; Senior Director Sales Training & Leadership Development.

As a seasoned sales leader, Kim offers a distinctive hands-on approach in coaching talent development, and conducting skill and competency assessments for professionals in a wide range of career levels, from sales specialists to senior leadership levels.

​Kim has an extensive background in sales leadership, learning strategy and curriculum development, project management, product launch and pre-market development experience – including sales force expansion, training workshop development and roll-out. Her experience spans Pharmaceutical and Biotech in Primary Care, Institutional, Specialty, Leadership, and Managed Markets/Market Access Commercial Teams. Her significant accomplishments have been recognized with numerous awards for sales excellence, leadership performance and peer recognition. She is a member of Life Science Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA), and is a guest lecturer at Sacred Heart University.
