Joe Halpin, through his work in the field of human performance technology, has been helping business leaders get results for over 20 years. Joe began his career with the California Society of Certified Public Accountants where he developed and managed continuing education for CPAs and other professionals in the financial services industry.
In 1993, he joined Anderson Soft-Teach -- one of the pioneer organizations of the technology-delivered training movement -- where he helped design and develop the award winning SmartCourseware line of training products and the SmartTrainer eLearning delivery platform.
Joe left Anderson Soft-Teach in 1997 to co-found Rapid Performance Systems (RPS). At RPS, he and his team developed the award-winning Sherpa Learning Platform. Joe led the implementation of the company's strategic plan with a focus on the development of technical and operational infrastructure.
Today, Joe is a principal of Peregrine Performance Group and helps organizations in many industries and of many sizes design and develop performance solutions that align with business objectives. Joe holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College.
